Welcome to Windy View Guesthouse. By making a reservation and staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Reservations
Reservations can be made directly through our website, WhatsApp, or through our booking partners, including Booking.com and Airbnb.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 3:00 pm
Check-out: By 12:00 pm
If you expect to arrive outside normal check-in hours, please let us know in advance.
Payment & Cancellation
For reservations made through Booking.com or Airbnb, payment, cancellation and refund policies are those selected and published on the respective platform at the time of booking.
For direct bookings, any payment and cancellation terms will be confirmed when your reservation is made.
During Your Stay
To help everyone enjoy a peaceful experience, we kindly ask guests to:
Respect other guests and our neighbours.
Keep noise to a minimum, especially during the evening.
Treat the property, gardens and furnishings with care.
Help conserve water and electricity.
No smoking inside the apartments.
Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.
Windy View Guesthouse cannot accept responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.
Nature & Wildlife
Windy View is surrounded by tropical gardens and natural wildlife. You may occasionally encounter insects, birds and other native animals that are part of the island's ecosystem.
Force Majeure
Windy View Guesthouse cannot be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruptions, natural disasters or government restrictions.
